| Q: May I have a six or nine month Lease? |
| A: Our leases run for 12 months at a time generally from June 1st to May 25th of the following year. |
| Q: Where are the off-campus student apartments and houses located? |
| A: Studio apartments are located at 140 Madbury Rd., in Durham, just .9 miles from the UNH campus and a four minute bike ride to the campus. Our 3-bedroom house is located at 21 Park Court in Durham; the 4-person house and Bryant Park West is located on Mast Rd. in Durham. |
| Q: Is there a bus line from your locations? |
| A: Park Court has a town bus stop, Mast Rd residents take the West Edge transit, and 140 Madbury tenants take the Wildcat transit. |
| Q: If I have a roommate, can we pay with separate checks? |
| A: Yes. |
| Q: Do I have to pay for parking? |
| A: No. Onsite parking is included. |
| Q: How much is the Security Deposit? |
| A: Equal to one months rent. |
| Q: What is the policy if my rent is paid for by financial aid money? |
| A: The rent is due by the 28th of each month, however, we do allow prepayment for three, six or the entire year. |
| Q: Do you allow pets? |
| A: Sorry, no pets are allowed at this time. A fish bowl is okay, but no tanks. |
